Every watch receives a fully documented inspection, including photos, condition report, and repair estimate where necessary.
Q: What’s included in service?
A: Full disassembly of the case and movement, parts inspections, ultrasonic cleaning, parts replacement (to be estimated separately), adjustment as needed, reassembly, lubrication, timing regulation, and testing of functions and power reserve.
Q: How do I get my watch to you?
A: Once we agree on a plan, you will receive a pre-paid, insured FedEx label and detailed shipping instructions. Your watch will be evaluated in my private shop in Seattle. Please package your watch well, include your name, phone number, and return address inside the package.
